Pre-Sales Designer

You'll collaborate with clients to understand their needs, ensuring designs align with expectations while meeting strict SLAs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, adapts to evolving product needs, and is committed to delivering top-tier design solutions. To thrive in this role, you'll need: 0–3 years of experience in graphic/UI design, with proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Experience with video mockup creation using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively engage clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and a fast-paced work environment. Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines. Bonus points if you have: Familiarity with technical design requirements and the full design process from concept to execution. A passion for continuous learning and upskilling in design-related technologies. How you'll make an impact: As a Presale Designer, you'll bring value by: Creating high-quality static and video mockups that align with client requirements and project deadlines. Taking end-to-end ownership of design cases, ensuring all efforts are well-documented. Maintaining high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores by delivering exceptional designs and proactive communication. Minimizing escalations and ensuring clear alignment with client expectations. Collaborating with internal teams (product, design, and operations) to align designs with company objectives. Staying updated on industry trends, product updates, and new design technologies to enhance your skills.
