As an Advertising Sales Manager in our Bangalore office, You'll spearhead new business development efforts, drive high-impact performance marketing deals, and help expand Taboola's advertiser base across key verticals in the region. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of digital media sales, build strategic partnerships, and directly contribute to the growth of Taboola as the leading content discovery and performance marketing platform in the region. To thrive in this role, you'll need: 5–7 years of experience in advertiser sales, preferably within a digital media or ad tech company Deep understanding of the digital technology and revenue ecosystem Proven success in structuring and negotiating digital media deals, ideally within the Indian market A passion for online content and the ability to drive strategic partnerships Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience building and maintaining senior-level client relationships Excellent analytical skills to identify trends and inform sales strategies Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals Proficiency in a local language (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is a strong plus for building deeper client relationships and navigating regional markets. Bonus points if you have: Experience selling multiple advertising solutions and managing full sales cycles Familiarity with content marketing, native advertising, or performance-based digital ad solutions A strong network of relevant stakeholders in the Indian digital advertising ecosystem How you'll make an impact: As an Advertising Sales Manager you'll bring value by: Building, managing, and converting a robust pipeline of leads into signed partnerships Effectively explaining Taboola's product suite and how it fits into a client's digital strategy Selling across multiple products while maintaining a cohesive and strategic message Working closely with the National Sales Director and broader sales team to meet and exceed targets Collaborating with Account Management to ensure seamless campaign implementation and performance Providing field feedback to product teams to inform future development Leading presentations, conducting negotiations, and closing contracts independently
