Responsibilities:

For Event Host:

• Welcome guests upon arrival
• Facilitate smooth guest flow and seating
• Engage with guests, and assist where needed
• Maintain professionalism and warmth throughout the event

For Event Organisers:

• Ensure the event runs according to the planned schedule and flow.
• Make announcements when required 
• Be the point of contact on the floor for speakers, guests, and hosts.
• Support with basic crowd management, guiding attendees as needed.
• Maintain the tone and energy of the event, polished, friendly, and business-appropriate.

Requirements:

• Based in Bangalore
• Fluent in English
• Experience in hosting or organising events is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and punctuality
• Ability to stay calm and proactive under pressure
