We are seeking a skilled Elixir Developer. As a member of this team you will work on TableCheck's applications and integrations with other booking channels.

Responsibilities include
Contribute to development and maintenance of TableCheck's data-related products, which may include data pipelines, data processing systems, and data integration solutions.
Work closely with other members of the Data Operations Team to understand requirements, propose solutions, and implement features effectively.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data operations frameworks and tooling by leveraging new technologies and industry best practices.
Identify areas for enhancement and implement solutions to optimize data processing, data quality, and data management workflows.
The drive to collaborate, gather feedback, solve problems, and tackle challenges through test and learn is highly valuable in this position.
Mandatory Skills
At least 2 years of experience using Elixir in a production environment.
Proficiency with Phoenix framework and LiveView
Proficiency with SQL with knowledge of database internals
Demonstrated ability to absorb information, manage your own time and commitments, achieve desired results in a highly technical environment
Recommended Skills
Previous startup experience is highly desired
Experience with event streaming technologies such as Kafka, Elixir Broadway, etc.
Experience with MongoDB
Language Skills
A native level of English is required.

Our engineering team communicates in English, and so we generally don't require Japanese skills. We also welcome applicants currently outside Japan. If you want to relocate here, we can sponsor your visa. We're also open to remote candidates who do not plan to relocate.
