Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of Tableau Developers / BI Analysts.
- Manage project delivery timelines and task allocation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to BI best practices.
- Coordinate with product managers, data engineers, and business teams.
Tableau Development
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud.
- Build complex calculated fields, parameters, LOD expressions, and data models.
- Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability.
Data Integration & Management
- Connect Tableau to various data sources such as:
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Oracle Database
- Snowflake
- Work with ETL pipelines and collaborate with data engineering teams.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Present insights and dashboards to senior stakeholders.
- Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
