About the role

As a Product Manager, Customer Success, you will join a team dedicated to enabling Tableau Server users to gain the most value from our enterprise-grade analytics platform. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering teams and Tableau customers to ensure Tableau Server delivers an exceptional experience that meets the evolving needs of enterprise customers. Key responsibilities include: - Understanding Tableau Server customer needs and translating them into actionable product requirements - Partnering with engineering teams to influence the roadmap and drive the delivery of new Tableau Server features - Driving customer adoption and engagement through effective self-service enablement content, personalized training, and strategic partnerships - Collaborating with the broader Tableau team to represent the voice of the customer and drive continuous product improvement
