Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer with 2+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and data visualizations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tableau, data analysis, and data modeling, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
- Convert raw data into interactive and easy-to-understand visualizations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver analytical solutions.
- Optimize existing dashboards for performance and usability.
- Connect Tableau with various data sources such as SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and cloud data platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality in dashboards and reports.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and reporting processes.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
- Experience in creating interactive dashboards, charts, and data visualizations.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data modeling and data transformation.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with multiple data sources such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or cloud databases.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and dashboard optimization.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
