Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer with strong expertise in data visualization and SQL to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements
- Transform complex data into intuitive and interactive visualizations
- Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization of dashboards
- Troubleshoot and resolve data and visualization-related issues
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications- 8+ years of experience in Tableau development
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
- Solid expertise in SQL and database concepts
- Good understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with ETL tools or data integration processes
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Prior experience in handling large datasets and performance tuning
Soft Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management
