Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tableau Developer based in Bengaluru. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize data insights. Key responsibilities include gathering report requirements, connecting diverse data sources, troubleshooting data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable recommendations through visual analytics. Collaboration with academic and administrative departments to support data-driven decision-making will also be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tableau, including data visualization, report building, and dashboard design
• Strong SQL skills and experience in extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data sets
• Data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Familiarity with databases and data warehousing concepts is a plus
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
• Prior experience working in an educational or academic institution is advantageous
