Job Description
We are seeking a skilledTableau Analytics Lead ,Chennai having 8+ yrs of experience.

Must-Have Skills
- Advanced Tableau Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau.
- Expertise in LOD Expressions, Table Calculations, Parameters, Sets, Filters, and Interactive Dashboards.
- Strong experience in Tableau dashboard performance optimization.
- Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud & Governance
- Hands-on experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud.
- Experience with Row-Level Security (RLS), data access controls, user/group permissions.
- Experience managing published and certified data sources.
- Understanding of data refresh strategies, extracts, schedules, and BI governance.
- Strong SQL & Data Warehousing
- Excellent hands-on SQL skills.
- Experience with Greenplum or other MPP/Data Warehouse databases.
- Strong understanding of query optimization and performance tuning.
- Data Modeling & BI Architecture
- Strong knowledge of Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
- Experience in data modeling and designing BI-ready datasets.
- Understanding of Tableau Live vs Extract strategies.
- Experience with Tableau data sources and enterprise BI architecture.
- Analytics Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Ability to lead BI/analytics initiatives from requirement gathering through delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions.
- Experience mentoring Tableau/BI developers and driving best practices.
Good to Have
- Experience with Tableau migration, upgrades, or enterprise-scale implementations.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms and modern data architectures.
- Experience establishing BI standards, governance frameworks, and dashboard best practices.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
