Description

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for the summer. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning the ins and outs of recruitment and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Help maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Participate in interviews and take notes as needed
• Support campus outreach and employer branding initiatives
• Assist with onboarding tasks and documentation for new hires
• Contribute to special HR/recruitment projects as assigned
  
  
  

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Fluency in English is a MUST
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Interest in recruitment and/or human resources
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Prior internship or office experience is a plus, but not required.
