We are looking for a recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in IT Recruitment, ready to work from our Gurgaon office (opposite Millenium Metro Station) and has preferably worked in a staff augmentation or recruitment consultancy environment
What you’ll do
- Source and screen candidates as per defined JDs and filters
- Ensure follow-through across all steps: CVs, interviews, offers, joining
- Manage and improve recruitment trackers (Excel, Airtable)
What we’re looking for
- minimum 1 year of experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong grasp of screening criteria and filters
- Experience of closing IT or tech roles
- Solid communication skills — voice and writing both
- High energy, disciplined follow-up, and a “close it” attitude
- Comfortable with tools like Naukri, Excel, LinkedIn, and fast at learning new ones
