Job Summary
We are hiring a TA Specialist with 2+ years of experience in IT Contract Staffing. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure of IT contract positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT contract staffing requirements.
- Understand client requirements and source relevant IT profiles within TAT.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and internal database.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and project requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiation, onboarding, and documentation process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates.
- Build strong talent pipeline for ongoing IT contract requirements.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in IT Contract Staffing recruitment.
- Strong experience in sourcing IT profiles across technologies.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Preferred
Immediate to 30 Days notice period candidates preferred.
