Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Recruitment Specialist with hands-on experience in bulk hiring and managing multiple open positions simultaneously. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, strong contributor, and capable of handling end-to-end (360-degree) recruitment independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 360-degree recruitment lifecycle – sourcing to onboarding[Text Wrapping Break]
- Handle bulk hiring requirements efficiently within deadlines[Text Wrapping Break]
- Manage multiple open positions across departments at the same time[Text Wrapping Break]
- Source candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri.com and other platforms[Text Wrapping Break]
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds[Text Wrapping Break]
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements[Text Wrapping Break]
- Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and pre-joining follow-ups[Text Wrapping Break]
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports using MS Office tools and company internal tools[Text Wrapping Break]
- Lead and support campus hiring drives and build strong college partnerships[Text Wrapping Break]
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process[Text Wrapping Break]
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / BBA / MBA (HR) or related field[Text Wrapping Break]
- 1–2 years of relevant recruitment experience[Text Wrapping Break]
- Experience in bulk hiring and multi-position hiring[Text Wrapping Break]
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other sourcing[Text Wrapping Break]
- Hands-on experience in 360-degree recruitment[Text Wrapping Break]
- Exposure to campus hiring is mandatory[Text Wrapping Break]
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills[Text Wrapping Break]
- Ability to work independently and manage hiring pressure[Text Wrapping Break]
- Good understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)[Text Wrapping Break]
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills[Text Wrapping Break]
