📢 Hiring: Talent Acquisition Executive (IT Recruitment)

📍 Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

💼 Work Mode: Hybrid

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with strong experience in IT Recruitment to join our growing team in Mumbai. If you are passionate about hiring, understand technical roles, and can manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, we would love to connect with you!

🔹 Experience Required

2–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment
Experience working with IT staffing / recruitment companies is preferred
Candidates based in Mumbai only
🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Screen and shortlist technical profiles across various technologies
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients
Manage candidate communication and offer negotiation
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Work closely with internal stakeholders to close positions efficiently
🔹 Mandatory Skills

Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management
Good understanding of IT technologies and market trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
🔹 Preferred

Experience handling client requirements in a staffing company
Knowledge of contract hiring and permanent hiring
Immediate joiners are highly preferred
