HR Executive Non IT TA - CTC Capped between 2 - 4 LPA

Years of Experience- Min 1- 4 yrs in a Sales driven organization - Non IT Hiring (Inhouse sales hiring Preferred)
(Pharma/BFSI/Telecom/FMCG/Insurance/Real Estate/Banking)
Education Qualification- Any Graduate; MBA in HR would be desirable
Location–Bangalore. Queens Road (Work from office)
Roles & Responsibilities-
- Hands on experience in End to End Recruitment for Non IT roles (especially for Sales Hiring) for Mid-level/ Sr Level /Leadership hiring- Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications
- Develop pool of qualified candidates- Grievance handling
- Well versed with various recruitment tools (including but not limited to Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook, Free Job Sites etc)
- Good communication skills- Confident, Energetic, Target Oriented
- Should be able to capture and maintain data
- Should be able to handle both Recruitments (80%) & HR Operations (20%)
