Job Summary**
As a TA Manager at Hitachi, Ltd., you will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across various business units. You will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with Hitachi's global hiring objectives.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with Hitachi's business goals and growth plans.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective delivery of recruitment services.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand current and future talent needs, develop job profiles, and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Implement and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to optimize processes and data analytics.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve TA performance.
- Manage vendor relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and Hitachi's internal policies.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing recruitment teams in a complex, global organization.
- Deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and offer management.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment technologies, including ATS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans.
- Experience working in a large, multinational corporation is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
