Job Description:
We are looking for a TA Manager with 4–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate must have prior startup experience and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The role involves managing hiring mandates, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding and interview scheduling.
Ensure timely closure of hiring mandates.
Maintain recruitment data and reports.
Preferred: Candidates based in Gurgaon or nearby locations with startup hiring exposure.
