About The Role
We are looking for a
TA Manager to build and scale our hiring engine from the ground up. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-growing setup, where you will manage end-to-end recruitment while also leading a small team. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive
high-volume, high-quality hiring across SaaS, B2B, and related functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing to offer closure across roles.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring delivery and quality.
- Drive high-volume hiring without compromising on candidate quality.
- Handle leadership hiring mandates along with junior/mid-level roles.
- Delegate effectively while owning team + individual outcomes.
- Ensure structured interview processes and high-quality candidate experience.
- Maintain hiring data, track metrics, and improve hiring efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- 4-9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in SaaS / B2B / Ed-tech hiring preferred.
- Proven experience in team management + individual contribution.
- Exposure to leadership hiring roles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
