Job Description
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet organisational hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and create effective recruitment plans.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles in the chemical industry.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the market.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies during all hiring activities.
- Utilise data and metrics to measure the success of recruitment strategies and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
The Successful Applicant
A successful TA Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, preferably within the chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and workforce planning.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving organisational goals.
