Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Execution & Coordination:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including screening resumes
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Support in sourcing candidates through various job portals and platforms
Job Posting & Employer Branding:
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on different platforms
- Ensure job listings are accurate and updated regularly
- Support employer branding initiatives where required
Candidate Management & Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist in preparing basic recruitment reports
- Ensure proper documentation of hiring activities
Requirements:
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
