Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Intern role based in Bengaluru South. The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting the hiring of top talent for various roles across the organization. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, enhancing employer branding initiatives, and contributing to recruitment strategies. The intern will also work closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Sourcing
- Skills in Interviewing and Hiring processes
- Understanding of Employer Branding and its impact on attracting talent
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with hiring managers
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a dynamic edtech environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- Internship or prior experience in recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory
