Role Description The TA Intern role at Bloom Skills is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support instructors during classes, workshops, and activities by assisting with lesson delivery, managing learning materials, and guiding learners through exercises. Daily responsibilities include helping set up classrooms, coordinating attendance, answering learner questions, and providing individual support, especially to children and young learners. The TA Intern will assist with basic academic or skills-based content, contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment, and communicate regularly with instructors and staff about learner progress and classroom needs. The role involves collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for all participants.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Assistant Teaching and Education-related skills to support instructors and facilitate learning activities.
- Candidates should possess clear and empathetic Communication skills to interact effectively with learners, instructors, and parents or guardians.
- Candidates should possess basic Mathematics skills to assist with numeracy-related tasks and academic support when needed.
- Candidates should possess experience or comfort in Working With Children, including patience, adaptability, and a learner-centered mindset.
- Candidates should ideally have or be pursuing a degree or coursework in Education, Psychology, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
- Candidates should demonstrate organizational skills, time management, and reliability in a fast-paced, activity-based environment.
- Candidates should have an interest in creative arts or skill development and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory educational practices.
