Role Description The TA Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for supporting teaching and learning activities within the organization’s training and education initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include assisting trainers or educators during instructional sessions, helping develop and organize teaching materials, and coordinating schedules and logistics for training programs. The TA Executive will engage with learners, respond to queries, and provide guidance to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience. The role also involves monitoring learner progress, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other team members to improve educational content related to infection control and healthcare practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in Assistant Teaching and Education, with the ability to support structured learning programs.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with learners and trainers.
- Competence in Mathematics sufficient to assist with basic calculations, data interpretation, or training materials as needed.
- Demonstrated aptitude for Working With Children or diverse learner groups in a respectful, inclusive manner.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Science, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple training sessions, schedules, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving training needs.
- Interest or experience in healthcare, infection control, or medical systems is an advantage.
