Sr Analyst, Business Intelligence

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools to enable data-driven decision making - Analyze complex data sets to uncover insights and drive strategic initiatives - Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and address key business challenges - Leverage SQL, Python, and other tools to automate and streamline data processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role - Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
