Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Server Administration skills, including configuring, monitoring, and maintaining physical and virtual servers.
- Candidates should possess System Administration skills, including user management, permissions, backups, and system configuration.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify, analyze, and resolve system and network issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Operating Systems, such as Windows Server and common Linux distributions, including installation, hardening, and maintenance.
- Relevant experience with virtualization platforms, networking fundamentals, and security best practices is beneficial.
- Strong documentation habits, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams are expected.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Industry certifications (such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft, or Linux-related certifications) are a plus.
