About the Job
The Dynamics 365 Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP) implementation projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to deliver business-aligned solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle D365 ERP projects (Finance & Supply Chain) from Discovery to Hypercare.

Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and governance structures.

Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.

Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams for smooth delivery.

Monitor project financials, timelines, and quality metrics.

Provide regular status reporting and executive communication.
Requirements

7–12 years of project management experience.

4–6 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation experience.

Strong knowledge of D365 Finance & Supply Chain modules.

Experience in full project lifecycle delivery.

Familiarity with Azure, integrations, and data migration.

Experience working in Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall environments.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

PMP®, PRINCE2®, or Agile certification preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.

Knowledge of LCS and D365 delivery tools is a plus.
