We're Hiring — Systems Developer Intern
Remote | 6-Month Internship
We're developing an AI native mobile game from the ground up, designed to ship on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The full scope of the project will be shared with selected candidates, but here's what you need to know: this isn't a wrapper around an API. This is systems level game development powered by agentic intelligence.
What you'll be doing:
• Architecting and developing the full mobile application end-to-end
• Building and integrating agentic AI models directly into the game's core systems
• Designing fault-tolerant system architecture that handles real-time gameplay reliably
• Crafting a polished, creative UI/UX that players actually want to engage with
• Optimizing system memory, token usage, and retrieval pipelines for performance on mobile hardware
• Deploying production builds to both the App Store and Play Store
What we're looking for:
• Strong knowledge of agentic AI model design and orchestration
• Expertise in system architecture, system design, and fault tolerance patterns
• Experience with memory optimization and token-efficient inference on constrained devices
• Retrieval pipeline expertise (RAG, vector search, context management)
• Sharp UI/UX sensibility — you care about how things look and feel
• Familiarity with Anthropic Cowork or similar AI-assisted development workflows is a strong plus
• Mobile development experience (Swift/Kotlin/Flutter/React Native) preferred
Compensation:
• Months 1–3: Unpaid (building phase)
• Months 4–6: ₹5,000–₹10,000/month based on performance and contribution
