We’re looking for a highly execution-focused Systems Management & AI Automation Associate to help manage and optimize our internal systems, website operations, automations, and AI-driven workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, solving workflow problems, improving operational efficiency, and working hands-on with automation tools, AI platforms, and website management.
You’ll work across internal systems, website operations, automations, integrations, AI workflows, and process optimization to ensure smooth day-to-day business execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesSystems & Website Management
- Manage and maintain internal business systems and operational tools
- Build and update website pages, landing pages, and website content
- Manage forms, integrations, tracking pixels, and analytics events
- Conduct QA testing for websites, funnels, and system workflows
- Ensure websites and landing pages are mobile responsive and functioning correctly
- Coordinate launches and ensure systems operate smoothly pre- and post-launch
- Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues
AI & Automation Workflows
- Implement no-code and low-code automations using tools like Zapier or Make
- Build and optimize AI-assisted workflows and operational automations
- Identify opportunities to reduce repetitive manual work through automation
- Connect and maintain integrations across platforms and tools
- Test and validate automation systems before deployment
- Document SOPs, workflows, and automation processes for scalability
Operational Systems Support
- Manage business tools across websites, automations, email systems, and integrations
- Handle system configurations, permissions, and operational setup
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when needed
- Improve operational efficiency through process optimization and automation initiatives
Required SkillsMust Have
- Experience with website platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or similar builders
- Understanding of automation workflows and system integrations
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools simultaneously
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to work independently
Nice to Have
- Exposure to AI tools and AI workflow automation
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience with analytics tracking and conversion event setup
- Familiarity with operational systems and internal tooling
