System & Technical Associate

Protein World is a globally recognised wellness brand expanding its India operations across telecommunications, property development, and wellness ventures. We are hiring a System & Technical Associate to help build and maintain the internal tracking systems, workflows, and technical operational structures that keep these businesses running smoothly. This is a hands-on systems execution role, not a strategy or consulting position.
The Role
As a System & Technical Associate, you will support the setup, maintenance, and improvement of operational systems used across multiple business verticals. Your work will involve building trackers, maintaining workflows, improving reporting visibility, and ensuring processes run reliably day-to-day. You will work closely with operations teams to translate real-world workflows into structured systems.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain operational trackers (Excel / Google Sheets / workflow tools)
- Support SIM activation tracking and telecom workflow systems
- Maintain structured dashboards for project and vendor coordination
- Help organise customer journey tracking for wellness products
- Document processes clearly so they can be repeated reliably
- Identify workflow gaps and suggest small system improvements
- Support reporting visibility across ongoing operational activity
- Assist in maintaining internal databases and structured information flow
- Ensure operational data stays accurate and up to date
Who This Role Is For
This role suits someone who enjoys working with structured data and trackers, is comfortable building organised workflow sheets and systems, has strong attention to detail, understands how operational processes translate into systems, can manage multiple structured workflows simultaneously, communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical teams, and prefers execution and implementation over abstract planning.
Technical Skills Preferred
- Experience with Google Sheets / Excel (required)
- Workflow tracking systems
- Basic automation tools (Zapier, Notion, Airtable, etc.) - helpful but not required
- Documentation tools
- Reporting dashboards
- Exposure to telecom, operations systems, or project tracking environments is a plus
Background We Look For
Typical strong candidates come from operations support roles, technical coordination roles, MIS / reporting roles, industrial engineering support functions, or commerce backgrounds with systems-heavy execution exposure. Fresh graduates with strong spreadsheet and systems ability may also apply.

Compensation
₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month depending on capability
