Are you the go-to person when a system goes down or a user gets locked out? We are looking for a highly skilled System Support Engineer / System Admin (L1 & L2) to join our team and keep our IT infrastructure running flawlessly!
If you love diving into hardware, managing networks, and being the ultimate technical hero for end-users, this role is for you. 💻🔧
🔹 What You Will Be Doing:
- Providing top-notch 1st and 2nd level technical support, handling escalated calls, and assisting users both remotely and on-site.
- Managing and configuring core network services including DNS, DHCP, WSUS, VPNs, and Active Directory.
- Getting hands-on with hardware: diagnosing issues, replacing laptop parts, and handling system assembly.
- Installing and troubleshooting Windows 10/11, MS Office (2016/2019/O365), and essential software.
- Owning IT security by deploying patches, updates, and managing Antivirus solutions.
🔹 Who You Are: You are a proactive troubleshooter who is just as comfortable analyzing system logs as you are training end-users or crimping LAN cables.
