We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Engineer who can drive business growth through strong technical understanding, customer engagement, and consultative selling. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in industrial or manufacturing-focused sales who can effectively bridge customer requirements with technical solutions.
The role involves managing the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and technical discussions to relationship management and revenue achievement. You will work closely with customers to understand operational challenges, recommend suitable solutions, and build long-term business partnerships.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Generate new business opportunities through value selling and cross-selling approaches
- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and on-site trials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and collaborators
- Understand customer challenges and recommend suitable technical solutions
- Manage customer accounts, follow-ups, and commercial coordination including payment tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to territory growth strategies
- Maintain accurate sales records, reporting, and customer communication documentation
- Represent the organization professionally during client interactions and industry engagements
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Application Engineering, or Service roles
- Educational background in Mechanical, Production, Automobile Engineering, or Physics/Chemistry
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to explain solutions effectively to customers
- Excellent questioning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and commercial business environments
- Ability to conduct customer-facing technical discussions and build trust-based relationships
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple customer accounts independently
- Experience in value selling, territory planning, and customer account management is an advantage
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth consistently
