Position: System Requirements Engineer

Experience in SW Systems engineering to develop systems and software architecture
Conduct failure mode & effect analysis on said features
Build use case and state machine diagrams
Support with integration of cluster application in infotainment & connected hardwares
Design and develop system features in communication protocols (CAN, UART, UDS, SPI, TCP/IP, UDP)
Lead packaging design engineering in working with cross functional team on mechanical packaging
Experience in debugging HW interfaces & embedded electronics
Knowledge on homologation standards for HMI and Automotive electronics
Knowledge and hands on version control and configuration management in SW
ASPICE fundamentals
SAFe fundamentals
Functional safety fundamentals
Cybersecurity fundamentals
Requirement Management, Automotive Domain, CAN, Telematics
Education :- BE/B.Tech(Electronics/Computer Science) or Equivalent
Roles :
System Requirement analysis and Elicitation process in Automotive SPICE SYS 1 and SYS 2.
System Architecture design best practices in SYS 3.
Translate high level customer requirements into Low Level component Requirements using code beamer tool including, functional and non-functional requirements, environmental, EMI/EMC, packaging, electrical interfaces.
Leading interaction with customer for requirement clarification.
Attended and led Automotive SPICE SYS 2, SYS 3 both internal and external audits while achieving ASPICE L1 for a project.
RFQ (Request for Quotation) response support for initial requirements (includes requirement negotiation).
Developed Feature Implementation Plans
Created system architectural diagrams and brainstormed improvements to meet changing requirements.
Basic understanding of embedded HW circuit (mainly high voltage devices)
Preparing DFMEA (AIAG-VDA / AIAG 4th Edition) – Preparation of system level DFMEA and leading DFMEA meetings with CFT stockholders and with customers.
Knowledge In- vehicle testing, software flashing.
Defining End of Line (EOL) testing specifications for products and optimizing cycle time of EOL.
Supported and spearheaded system process establishment for ASPICE L2 certification.
