Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Kochi location for a System Network Administrator. The role involves managing and maintaining network and system infrastructure, overseeing network security measures, and providing technical support to ensure a seamless operational environment. The System Network Administrator will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring system performance, and implementing network solutions to enhance efficiency and security.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security to manage and secure network infrastructure.
- Expertise in System Administration to configure, maintain, and optimize system hardware and software.
- Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve and prevent issues effectively.
- Ability to design and implement security protocols and monitor system performance.
- Experience in system and network performance tuning is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are advantageous.
