💼What is a System Integrated Tender Executive?
This role involves preparing and managing tender documents for projects where multiple systems are combined (e.g., security systems, IT infrastructure, smart city solutions).
You work at the intersection of:
- Technical understanding (systems & integration)
- Documentation & compliance
- Business bidding process
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Studying tender documents (RFP, RFQ, BOQ)
- Preparing technical and commercial proposals
- Coordinating with engineers, vendors, and management
- Ensuring all compliance requirements are met
- Cost estimation and bid pricing
- Submitting tenders on portals like:
- Government e-Marketplace (GeM)
- E-procurement portals
- Tracking tender status and follow-ups
🛠️ Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Basic knowledge of:
- CCTV, networking, IT systems, electrical systems
- System integration concepts
- Understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantity)
Non-Technical Skills
- Strong MS Excel & Word skills
- Documentation & report writing
- Attention to detail
- Communication & coordination
- Knowledge of government tender process (very important)
