- Set-up and maintain Systems Engineering tool (Polarion).
- Arrange training for the project teams members on Polarion.
- Determine methods and solutions for issues related to Systems Engineering in tandem with the technical consultants and SEL to select the most efficient and economical manner in meeting the objectives.
- Assist SE team on their day-to-day work on Systems Engineering.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications to ensure the project deliverables meet stakeholders’ requirements.
- Assist SE team in the overall quality control of the assigned work related to Systems Engineering (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with other project stakeholders to provide assistance and technical support.
- Assist in implementation of Systems Engineering philosophy aimed at the execution phase of the projects.
- Ensures the efficient flow of information systems in order to provide top-level support and maximum performance of requirements management desired by Client.
- Provides technical support and guidance for all functions within the project.
- Assist and arrange with quality assurance team regular audits and assessments on the content of the verification plans and reports.
- Preparing weekly / monthly progress dashboards for the Project management.
- Co-ordinate / manage weekly meetings with Employer, HE and other stake holders
- Work closely with Polarion developer to customize the tool, report generation, export / import features, trouble-shooting of specific issues from users.
