Job Description:
Experience: 4+ Years
Location: Chennai
Designation: System Engineer - L2 and L3 (Infra - Support)
Shift Timings: Rotational
Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Maintain, Monitor, and Patch all Infrastructure Systems and applications.
· Design, Develop, and Deploy New Technologies.
· Work with Dev/Devops team to manage and maintain deployment technologies.
· Responsible for the uptime of all AAPC systems.
· Troubleshoot Server and server application issues.
· Helpdesk Management – monitoring, ownership, completion, and assignment.
· Website Alert Management – Analysis of the incident, coordination with concern team and resolution of Alert. Clearing / reset the status of alert service on monitoring portal.
Minimum Qualifications and Education:
· Graduation/Diploma in computer science or related field.
· Experience in Active Directory, AWS / Azure IaaS, Windows Administration
· Knowledge in ESX /Hyper-V Virtualization
· Knowledge in Microsoft 365 / Exchange
· Experience in Network Firewall / Router
· Endpoint Patch and compliance Management
· Scripting and Automation
· Expertise on troubleshooting operating systems – Windows 11/2016/2019/2022 and Linux.
· Knowledge of basic networking concepts
· Expertise on desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting
· Experience in configuring & troubleshooting Network Printers
· Experience on VOIP phones setup and troubleshooting (Additional knowledge)
Skills Sets / Specialized knowledge:
· Solution for Server, Applications, Desktop, Laptop, Network, Printer and VoIP related issues.
· Excellent English Communication and Interpersonal skills.
· Able to support Indian as well as US clients.
Trainings / Certifications (specific to the Job):
· Certification on any of these Windows Server, Active Directory, Office365, AWS or Azure will be an advantage
