Job Description:
D365 Finance and Operations (Finance and Supply Chain Management) Senior Systems Engineer:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior System Engineer with expertise in the D365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management (FnO) system configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the same along with hands-on experience in Azure stack to join our team. In this role, you will use your technical skills and creativity to improve the D365 FnO experience for the end users and the in-house D365 FnO Technical and Functional team members.
As a Senior system engineer, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the deliverables from the system engineering stack i.e., in designing the architecture of the environment topology, deploying, and maintaining them. Also, you should be able to guide and mentor the junior SE members of the team.
Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing ongoing support for our D365 FnO clients and Crowe internal solutions. You will use your attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues and ensure the smooth functioning of our systems.
To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the D365 FnO and Azure Platform and the ability to interpret client requirements and design solutions that meet their needs. You must also be able to work collaboratively with other team members and client IT team members to develop and implement effective solutions on top of D365 FnO and Azure.

Job responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Crowe and Client Team Members to troubleshoot and resolve D365 FnO support issues logged by clients
- Work internationally with Crowe Support Team colleagues to deliver crucial system support along with overall system management and maintenance
- Work cross-functionally with other teams including product owners, business analysts and more to ensure the system functionality is at its optimum
- Work collaboratively with Client users to understand system needs to deliver support and maintenance expectations
- Work collaboratively with Client IT team and their partners team to gather the integrations requirement and propose effective solutions
- Documenting the necessary tasks/process in Azure DevOps for documentation purpose. Also provide the knowledge transfer session on the same to the broader team.
- Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Should own the support tickets and work with the necessary teams (Crowe internal and Client team) to resolve the issues logged by the customers.
- As needed provide guidance and support to the end users/client IT team in their efforts to become proficient in the applications' use.
- Should oversee and facilitate others work (Junior System Engineers and other consultants) supporting the project execution process.
- Should proactively provide recommendations with resolutions for the upcoming problems
- Provide infrastructure leadership and act as a key subject matter expert for infrastructure as it relates to D365 FnO and Azure.
- This individual will navigate a high-growth environment that requires adaptability to shifting priorities, working with undefined processes, and partnering closely with internal teams
- Understanding how to obtain customer business requirements and communicate findings
Job Qualifications: Must have:
- Passion for moving organizations forward with the Cloud ERP’s and Azure Cloud platform and excitement for the impact of Cloud platforms on the large-scale enterprises.
- A minimum of 5+ years in D365 FnO and/or AX 2012 infrastructure support and implementing the Microsoft Azure solutions.
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Power Platform that includes synchronization of data between different D365 systems.
- Proven experience in the D365 FnO core skills support management: D365 FnO Administration, SQL Server Performance Tuning, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure Logic Apps, D365 FnO Upgrades, Migrations, Installation, End-User Training, User Training, IT/Admin Training, Pre and Post Go-Live Support activities, GIT, VSTS and Power Platform deployments etc.
- Skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, presentations, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn about modern technologies and investigate complex problems in the D365 FnO and Azure space.
- Strong knowledge and experience of the D365 FnO, Microsoft Azure.
- Ability to self-start in a complex and diverse technical issue reported by the customers.
