What This Role Will Focus On
- Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure (on-premise or cloud)
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
- Configure servers, networks, and security protocols
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues proactively
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and security measures
- Automate routine operational tasks
- Collaborate with development teams for deployment and integration
- Maintain documentation of infrastructure and processes

Skills & Experience Required
- 4–9 years of experience in system engineering or IT infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of networking, firewalls, and security protocols
- Familiarity with virtualization and containerization tools
- Experience with monitoring tools and automation scripting
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setup
