🚀 We're Hiring: Mechanical Design Engineer (Electro-Mechanical Systems) with strong design and development expertise to join our R&D Team.
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Are you passionate about designing innovative electro-mechanical products and working in a collaborative engineering environment?
Key Responsibilities
- Study project requirements and technical specifications to ensure successful project execution.
- Design and develop electro-mechanical components and assemblies using Creo.
- Create detailed manufacturing drawings with proper GD&T standards.
- Manage ECAD-MCAD integration and data transfer processes.
- Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Work with PLM Windchill for product data and lifecycle management.
- Support thermal design activities including basic fan and heatsink selection.
- Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including electrical, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality teams.
- Interact with suppliers to support product development and issue resolution.
- Analyze engineering problems and implement effective corrective actions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to build team capability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Creo CAD software
- Experience in creating manufacturing drawings with GD&T
- Hands-on experience with ECAD-MCAD data transfer processes
- Knowledge of BOM creation and management
- Good understanding of PLM Windchill
- Basic understanding of thermal management concepts (Fan & Heatsink selection)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional product development teams
