Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in system engineering in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our systems meet defined needs and enhancements while following a robust engineering approach. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the ATS Leader, Program Manager, Product Architect, and Quality Manager), support technical consistency and alignment with other teams, and provide technical assistance to V&V, as well as Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety Analysis. You’ll also interact with other System Engineers and Métier engineers to ensure the design aligns with the intended architecture.
You’ll specifically take care of developing system documents, including plans, specifications, and other technical documentation, but also actively apply system engineering processes to ensure optimal outcomes.
We’ll look to you for:
- Developing system documents, including plans, specifications, and technical documentation
- Applying system engineering processes to ensure project success
- Ensuring technical fulfillment of defined needs and enhancements
- Maintaining technical consistency and aligning with other System & Product Design or Project Engineering teams
- Providing technical support to V&V and Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety Analysis
- Collaborating with System Engineers and Métier engineers to align designs with intended architecture
All About You

- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech with 6 to 10 years of experience in writing system-level specifications
- Experience or understanding of signalling systems, such as interlocking, ATC, ATS, and CBTC systems
- Knowledge of XML and system specification development
- Familiarity with DOORS (Requirement Management and Traceability) is a plus
- A proactive and autonomous approach to work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of performance
- Experience in technical leadership and coordination
