Job Title: IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Engineer with hands-on experience in network infrastructure, IT support, server administration, and security solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth connectivity across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD Domain Controller), including user creation, deletion, access rights, password resets, and policy management.
- Configure and manage Firewalls (Sophos preferred), including Site-to-Site VPN, IPSec VPN, and SSL VPN setup and monitoring.
- Configure and support VPN access for remote users.
- Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Handle Cloud Infrastructure and manage servers hosted in AWS / Azure environments.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows / Linux Servers.
- Manage and troubleshoot Switches, Routers, VLANs, and Access Points.
- Configure and manage NAT (Network Address Translation).
- Monitor and resolve network connectivity issues across LAN/WAN environments.
- Maintain IT assets and track hardware inventory.
- Support and troubleshoot Printers, Desktops, Laptops, and other peripherals.
- Provide general IT support to end users for hardware, software, and access-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues and coordinate repairs/replacements when required.
- Perform application troubleshooting and user support.
- Configure and support Email / Mail Clients (Outlook, SMTP, IMAP, POP3, etc.).
- Ensure network performance, uptime, and security best practices.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalations and improvements.
- Maintain documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and IT processes.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Networking Concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Subnetting, Routing & Switching)
- Hands-on experience with Sophos Firewall
- Strong expertise in Active Directory, Domain Controller, and GPO Management
- Experience in IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, and Site-to-Site VPN configurations
- Knowledge of NAT and VLAN configuration
- Basic knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS & Azure)
- Experience in Wi-Fi troubleshooting and Access Point management
- Basic knowledge of Linux commands
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
