Role Description
We Are is seeking an energetic and experienced
System Administrator to join our
ATS, DEX – Device Management team. This role will work closely with
end users, IT departments, and product teams, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills.
You will be part of a global team responsible for
end-to-end desktop and device management, including hardware and software standards, application packaging, and configuration distribution across client environments worldwide. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who consistently delivers high-quality support and ensures operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Windows Operating Systems and Office productivity tools.
- Administer and manage the UEM platform – Omnissa Workspace ONE.
- Design, package, and deploy Windows applications using application packaging and scripting capabilities.
- Configure and manage device policies, profiles, and configurations within Workspace ONE.
- Ensure UEM platform compatibility across standard hardware models used globally.
- Evaluate hardware and software solutions based on performance, security, and feature sets.
- Provide escalation support to the Global Service Desk, IT Client Services, and end users worldwide.
- Collaborate with IT and Product teams to gather requirements and deliver application packages and scripts via Workspace ONE.
- Partner with the Security team to ensure compliance and security of the desktop environment.
- Work with Omnissa Workspace ONE vendor support and engineering teams to report, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues.
- Monitor and maintain the availability, health, and overall hygiene of the UEM platform.
- Ensure operational processes are followed and continuously improved.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in IT system administration or endpoint/device management.
- Expert knowledge of Windows OS administration and management.
- Strong scripting skills using PowerShell, Batch, and VB.NET.
- Hands-on experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Experience with device management using Workspace ONE (preferred) or SCCM.
- Experience with application lifecycle management using Workspace ONE (preferred) or SCCM.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce reports and insights.
