Role Description The System Administrator Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role oversees a team of system administrators responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing server and infrastructure environments across NetForChoice’s data center solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing system performance, ensuring high availability, handling incident resolution, and providing advanced technical support for internal teams and clients. The Team Lead coordinates troubleshooting of complex system issues, oversees Microsoft Exchange environments, and ensures adherence to security and compliance standards. The role also involves mentoring team members, allocating tasks, documenting procedures, and collaborating with other operational units to support reliable and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong system administration skills across Windows and/or Linux environments, including server configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and technical support, particularly in data center or hosting environments.
- Proven team leadership capabilities, including task delegation, mentoring, and performance management.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Exchange administration, configuration, and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals, virtualization platforms, and backup/DR solutions is highly beneficial.
- Experience working with security best practices, monitoring tools, and incident management processes.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant industry certifications (such as MCSA/MCSE, RHCSA/RHCE, VMware, or similar) are an advantage.
