SystemsPlus is hiring for System Administrator Level 2 Support Engineer
Exp : 4yr+
US shift.
Short Joiners only
- 4–6 years of experience in Windows Server administration and infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience in administration and troubleshooting of Windows Server environments.
- Perform routine Windows Server patching, security updates, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor server health, performance, disk utilization, services, and Windows event logs.
- Troubleshoot Windows Server OS, service, connectivity, and performance-related issues.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration, including user and computer accounts, groups, permissions, and account lockouts.
- Perform password resets, user access changes, group membership updates, and basic Group Policy troubleshooting.
- Monitor backup jobs, identify failed or missed backups, perform initial troubleshooting, and ensure successful completion.
- Provide basic network administration and troubleshooting for existing LAN and Wi-Fi environments.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, network connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Provide basic support for existing firewall configurations and troubleshoot connectivity-related firewall issues.
- Monitor and manage infrastructure incidents and service requests within defined SLA timelines.
- Perform troubleshooting and initial root-cause analysis for recurring infrastructure issues and escalate complex issues to L3 teams.
- Work directly with US-based customers, participate in troubleshooting calls, provide status updates, and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Strong communication, customer-handling, documentation, troubleshooting, and ITIL/service-management skills; experience working in a managed services environment and US customer support is preferred.
