Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a System Administrator L2, located in Bengaluru. The System Administrator L2 will oversee system administration tasks, provide technical support, troubleshoot infrastructure and system-related issues, and maintain the functionality and security of network systems. The role requires monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems to ensure efficient operations, as well as optimizing IT processes and supporting the organization’s technology requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in System Administration, including configuring, maintaining, and monitoring operating systems, servers, and applications.
- Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to identify and address system or network issues promptly.
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support, ensuring timely resolution of user queries and system concerns.
- Knowledge and experience in Network Administration, including network configurations, performance optimization, and ensuring system security.
- Background in Information Technology with an understanding of modern IT standards, protocols, and tools.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection measures is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in relevant areas such as CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent is a plus.
