Your Opportunity

Be a part of BeGig’s network as a System Administrator, ensuring the reliability and performance of IT systems for dynamic startups and scaling businesses. Support a variety of projects, from cloud migrations to security hardening, all with the flexibility of remote engagement.

Role Overview

As a System Administrator, you will:

• Manage, monitor, and maintain Linux/Windows servers and cloud infrastructure.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.).
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies.
• Troubleshoot incidents, diagnose performance issues, and provide technical support.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.

Technical Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 3+ years as a system administrator or IT engineer.
• Platforms: Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) and/or Windows Server.
• Cloud: Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP management and automation.
• Tools: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines a plus.
• Scripting: Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar.
