🚀 We’re Hiring | AIX Administrator 🚀
📍 Location: Hyderabad
🧑 💻 Experience: 5–10 Years
We are looking for an experienced AIX Administrator to join our enterprise infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing mission-critical AIX environments and supporting large-scale production systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 BAU support for AIX Operating Systems
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve enterprise-level issues
- Coordinate with multiple peer and cross-functional teams
- Support European/US clients in enterprise data center environments
- Work in a 24x7 production support setup with shift flexibility
✅ Must-Have Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with IBM AIX on Power 6 & Power 7 systems
- Strong administration knowledge of AIX Hardware Console (HMC)
- Expert-level knowledge of IBM GPFS
- Minimum 3 years of experience with POWERHA (HACMP)
- Expertise in AIX Virtual I/O Server (VIOS) technology
- Strong experience in AIX Logical Volume Management (LVM) and patch management
- Configuration and administration of LPAR and WPAR
⭐ Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with IT Service Management tools
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification (or equivalent knowledge)
