Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a System Administrator, located in New Delhi. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems to ensure seamless operations. Daily responsibilities include system administration, trouble identification and resolution, providing technical support, and network management to optimize performance. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support ongoing IT needs and projects within the organization.
Qualifications
- Expertise in System Administration, including installation, configuration, and management of operating systems and servers.
- Proven experience in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support to resolve hardware, software, or network-related issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and management of network systems and infrastructure.
- Comprehensive understanding of Information Technology systems, tools, and processes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, or similar qualifications are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare or medical supply industry is an advantage.
