Role Description
This is a full-time role for a System Administrator in Chennai. The System Administrator will manage and maintain IT systems, including troubleshooting, network administration, and providing technical support. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, implementing upgrades, managing user accounts, and ensuring system security. The role requires collaboration with teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth system functionality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in System Administration, with knowledge of system configuration and maintenance
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to address system and user issues
- Expertise in Network Administration and management of servers, routers, and firewalls
- Solid foundation in Information Technology, including system security and software updates
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with medical device manufacturing systems or industry-specific IT processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
